- Fully Administered by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty: The entire 1-2-10 limited warranty, encompassing one-year workmanship, two-year systems, and ten-year major structural defect coverage, is provided and administered by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10 HBW). This means a single, established third-party manages all claims.
- Centralized Digital Access: Homeowners gain access to an online portal through 2-10 HBW for convenient management of their warranty. This portal allows for registration, viewing of the digital warranty booklet, and downloading of the Certificate of Warranty Coverage.
- Optional Extended Service Plan: Through 2-10 HBW, homeowners have the option to purchase an additional Home Service Plan. This optional coverage can extend protection to appliances and systems for breakdowns due to normal wear and tear, beyond the standard limited warranty.
- Structured Dispute Resolution: The warranty includes a mandatory binding arbitration process for dispute resolution. This provides a structured, non-court method for addressing any unresolved warranty issues.
