So we bought our house about 1 month ago. It was very easy, they always answer questions aaaaand 3 different inspectors said that they actually do what they suppose to do! Meaning, they seal everything they suppose to, they build straight (I thought that that would be a no brainer, but apparently not) and so many other things inspectors were impressed with! If you can get your hands on a Avtec Home TAKE IT!
