We built a beautiful, affordable, semi-custom home with Russ and Carrie. Acuff Homes is well established in Colorado Springs and has built many homes on the southwest side of the city which is where we decided to build. Be specific with what you want and Acuff will do everything possible to make it happen. An area for opportunity for Acuff is high communication on projected/estimated expenses for sub-contractors. There were some costs that came in higher than we had budgeted that we wish we knew ahead of time. This is to be expected with building a new home. Overall a very positive experience and we love our home. We even referred a dear friend to Acuff who also had a beautiful home built.
